Our semi-private training program is perfect for both people who are new to fitness and experienced athletes looking to take their training to the next level. We offer 1-hour sessions with a maximum of 4 clients, providing the perfect balance of personalized attention and group support. You can pick from 1-5 sessions a week and book your time from 6am to 7pm Monday to Friday to fit your schedule (schedule permitting). If you miss a session, you can book it in the next week at no extra charge. Plus, with no minimum sessions to buy and the ability to cancel anytime, our program is the perfect fit for anyone looking to make fitness a part of their lifestyle.
