1.What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Similar tools do the same job in other ways: browser storage keeps small pieces of information on your device, and pixels are tiny pieces of code that tell a service a page was visited. In this policy, "cookies" means all of them.
2.What runs by default
Only essential storage. It remembers the cookie choice you make so we don't ask on every page, and it doesn't track you across other websites.
We don't currently use analytics or advertising tools. The table below lists the ones we may add. If we do, each one stays off until you switch it on, and a banner will ask you first. This follows the strictest rules that apply to our visitors, including Quebec's Law 25 and the EU and UK rules on cookies.

When they're switched on, Google, Meta and TikTok may also set cookies on their own websites and use them under their own privacy policies. We use Google Consent Mode, so Google's tools only store data in the ways you've allowed.
This website loads its fonts and code from our own server, so opening a page doesn't send your details to font or code libraries run by other companies.
4.Changing your choices
You can change your mind at any time with , which is also at the bottom of every page. If you switch a tool off, it stops running and we clear the cookies it set on our site.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential storage, the site will still work, but it will ask for your cookie choice each time you visit.
5.Global Privacy Control
If your browser or an extension sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as your request to opt out of marketing and advertising tools, and they stay off.
6.Booking, payment and other sites
When you book or pay online, you may use pages run by our booking or payment provider. Links on this site may also take you to other websites, including our social media. Those services set their own cookies under their own policies.

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information, including anything collected through cookies, and how to contact our Privacy Officer. We'll update this policy when we add or change a tool, and the date at the top will show the change.
