The shortcut

Fast. Confident. Short.

Researchers asked AI chatbots for 2,200 calorie meal plans. The plans averaged 1,874. Plans written for teenagers came up 695 calories short.

Asked sports nutrition questions, six chatbots were rated accurate between 31% and 74% of the time. AI-written training programs lacked personalization, used unrealistic progressions and skimped on safety.

Meanwhile, in a trial of 1,269 people across seven countries, personalized advice changed diets more than generic advice did.

AI can inform. It can't know you.

The person across the table

Been there.

Troy has had to put on muscle. He's had to cut body fat. He knows what it's like to eat for a season, not a photo, and to do it around real life, real food and what you believe.

Theory is one thing. Living it is another. When he builds your plan, he builds one he knows you can live with, because he's lived it.
